Privacy Policy
How the pilot should handle privacy, tracking and outbound booking links before production launch.
Personal information
This local pilot does not ask visitors to create an account, submit payment details or send personal information through an on-site form.
Server logs and analytics
A production deployment may use hosting logs and privacy-conscious analytics to understand visits, device type, country-level traffic, page performance and conversion paths. The final analytics setup should be documented before launch.
Outbound booking links
Some buttons open an external booking page. When a visitor clicks one of those links, the external provider may receive referral information, campaign parameters, browser details and information needed to complete a booking.
Cookies
The pilot includes a popup memory behavior that may use local browser storage to remember whether the visitor closed the popup. A production version may use cookies or local storage for analytics, affiliate attribution, preferences and consent state.
Affiliate disclosure
The site may earn a commission when a visitor books through an outbound partner link. This does not change the price shown by the booking provider.
Data rights
For a production version, visitors should be able to request access, correction or deletion of any personal data controlled by the site owner. Booking data held by external providers must be handled through those providers.
